Auditions
If you apply for an audition, we will keep your details on file indefinitely. At audition, we may ask to take a photograph of you. This photograph, along with the panel's notes from your audition, will also be kept indefinitely. These records are kept in complete confidence (unless we are required to give them up by law). You may request the destruction of these materials by contacting us.
Contacting us
If you contact us, your message and contact details will be kept on file indefinitely. These details are kept in complete confidence, unless we are required to give them up by law, and except for use in contacting you or copying other individuals as necessary in order to respond to your message.
Our mailing list
If you sign up to our mailing list (whether via this website, at one of our performances, or by some other means), we may contact you occasionally in order to market our performances, recordings, and other activities.
We will not share your details with any other organisation, and your details are held securely. You may request removal from the mailing list at any time by contacting us, and you may request unsubscription by clicking the link provided in any of our emails.
Donations
If you make a donation or otherwise financially support us, we will keep your details and the details of your donation on file indefinitely. These records are kept in complete confidence (unless we are required to give them up by law). We may contact you from time to time to discuss your involvement with our organisation and the results of your support, but there will be no marketing unless you also sign up to our mailing list.
